I went with this company based on the TV advertisement! Well... Mistake! They took my money, did nothing, complained that my income was too low, wouldn't file the bankruptcy, backed down, did a song and dance around, and lied. I ended up hiring a local attorney to do what they wouldn't do. The list of creditors is in his hands. I have asked for my money back and haven't got it. I am having to go to the BBB, then Federal trade Commission, now I will go to the Attorney General next! Don't go with this over rated TV advertisement! It is fraudulent! One guy was rude on the phone and said I was trying to "can" my creditors! That wasn't it at all! Don't walk run!
