David King called said I won $2.5million plus mercedes motor car but must get moneypak to release funds for delivery immediately for $165.00

I received a phone call from a man with a Jamaican accent claiming I was the winner of the American Cash Awards sweepstakes in which I had won $2.5 million dollars and a Mercedes Motor Car. He told me to write down some numbers and repeat them back to me. These were the numbers on my alleged check and a pin number.
I was then told that in order to have my winnings released to me within the next four to five minutes, I needed to go to my nearest Walmart or CVS Pharmacy and purchase a green dot preload moneypak card in the amount of $165.00 which would keep me from having to pay an extra amount on taxes. When I had completed this task, I was to call him back with the numbers on the back of the card.
I called him back upon my return and he said they were putting my package together and I was transferred to a "Geico" Insurance agent who said I needed to go to the nearest Western Union and send them $480.00 which would allow them to release my car and prove that it was Insured. This money I would get back in the mail in 48 hours of the delivery of the car.
I found it disturbingly odd that both persons spoke with a heavy Jamaican accent and neither of them could give me my address. Fortunately, I had scratched the numbers from the back of the card a little too hard and could not make all of them out. He was persistent, then said it was imperative that I get another one.
He told me that if I didn't do as instructed that he would lose his job. I told him that if it was so important that they give me my prize, they could deliver it to me and I would give him their money from my winnings. He accused me of lying and asked when I could give him the numbers from my card. I told him Monday, which was two days later. Then I searched into this history and found other reports. I just knew this didn't smell right.
