Sent wrong order then ignored my emails charged me Dec Still no answers after 5 months

Dec ordered mans watch and was charged for it and postage. Delivery was to be 10 days. 7 weeks later recieved wrong Ladies watch, contacted company and was asked to mail watch to china, which I did, cost me another A$21.55.in April parcel was returned to me unopened, I emailed company, and they said they were posting me mans watch, this has not happened. I asked for a refund and they have ignored me and ignored the last 10 emails I have sent asking for information I fell this is a real ripoff, but what can I do to get satisfaction... Either mans watch or my money back??
