I noticed an extra charge on my cell phone provider of $40.00 on my April bill for premimum message? Once I called my provider they told me it was a 3rd party billing and gave me a website to go to stop them. This was done and much to my disgust I had another 40.00 charge on my May bill! I feel this is a very dishonest way to collect money from un aware honest people.
I feel I should not be responsible to pay for something I did not ask for and would appreciate a credit on my next billing period.
