I have only been billed the initial $4.95 for shipping, which I am ok with, but am also trying to get through the number provided 888-589-3380 in order to cancel future shipments and all it says is that there is a telephone company facility problem, call back later. The sales person originally said to call within 15 days of order date in order to cancel future shipments, which is what I am trying to do. This is very irritating, appears a false number or whatever has been given. They give an address in Chandler, Arizona that it was shipped from.
