I am trying to obtain birth and death dates only for a headstone for William Prior Thomason who died at the Agency hospital in Klamath County, Klamath Falls, Oregon. Like the previous complaints this company tells you 7 days to access to records are free but you must sign in to see the information and you will not be charged if you cancel in 7 days. Then it gives you different options and fees charged from other web sights for death or birth copies. Then you can't cancel when it gives you no information.
