I live in South Africa, & I purchased a pot of face cream on line with my credit card on 22/04 for R39.17 which they took on that date, the small pot of cream arrived 2 weeks later, & now I have my credit statement to hand I see they have illegally taken another R781.67 on 06/05 I have tried email them & cannot get in touch with them. This makes a total of R820.84 which equals about $100.63. Help! What can I do about this please?
