Like those reported - I exchanged emails with a Cary Chen regarding the purchase of an ipad costing me a total of $205 ($170 $20 shipping 15 bank fees). She explicitly stated in the email that she got the money. After that I never heard from her again. She (maybe a He) is a thief. What do we do with these people? They should be banned from the internet.
