I ordered 4 Eskimo Raspberries from Gardener's collection. The box arrived with 4 loose dead sticks in it. NO wrapping at all. There was no life in the berries at all but I soaked two in a bucket of water for a day and planted and planted the two others immediately in the ground and heavily watered. It's been a month and they are still dead.

I contacted them several times. First they said they sent another order immediately. Then I asked for a refund and they have stopped responding to my emails. You also can't get them to answer their phone.
