I agreed to a trial supply of Cyvita for only the one week free trial and one additional week for $19.95 plus shipping. The company automatically started a refill program and charged $59.40 to my credit card even though I declined to sign up for the re-order program. The product that I tried during the trial period did not work. Now I am having trouble with the customer service dept. They are telling me that I have to wait until I receive the shippment that I never authorized, then follow their return policy.in the mean time, the charge still remains on my account.
