I have an email invoice confirmation that states that my payment is still "pending unilateral" (even thouhgh they already credited my paypal acct.) and that my order is still "processing". I've written several times just for a shipping update, but I don't think I'll ever hear from them again. I should have stuck to my 1st instincts about this company. I googled their customer service address and it appears to be a sham address. Dishonest people suck.
