USA personal loans really ripped me off today... I spent my last $137 to send to India to get $2637 back... I never got anything back and they told me I'd have to pay $147 to the IRS to get my money. So, now I'm flatter than flat broke and don't have any money. They called me today to say I was approve for a $2500 loan... What does an Indian company have to do with the IRS. NOthing. And they don't give one your loan either. It's a complete rip off.
