Best Buy and Walmart $1000 free gift card SCAM FRAUD!

I was getting these messages with bold headings I WON THESE GIFT CARDS and no small print saying if you do... So I followed them to first Walmarts scam and to show my son how they can't get away with it, I after third message now with the catch, purchased 2 items and then I would get the $1000 gift card. Well, I did it and there is no way to go back or prove it happened and my credit card I thought would protect me. But, they said it I do these admittedly fraud advertisements and give them my info. They probably got me to check a box freeing them legally. So, my credit card co. Admits these are well known scams by these billion or should I say Trillion dollar co., but yes, they can get away with it.
