CSM Test

Hello I've been a Walmart cashier for nearly 2 yrs and lately was requested basically desired to be considered a CSM. And so I got the check, that will be silly incidentally, and did not move it. Then some woman originates from another shop, works in deli for some time, subsequently cashier for some months. Then all the unexpected, she got the CSM place. I really could not think it! Oh yes, sure provide it to somebody who's just been with Walmart for some weeks vs. Somebody who's been there for 2 decades! There is actually another woman who handed the ensure that you questioned, however they didnot provide it to her since "she didnot have sufficient instruction". EXACTLY WHAT THE HELL?! Anyhow, it is nearly time for me personally to consider the check again of course if I-pass they better provide me the following accessible placement!
