Been reviewing the complaints on this website. Same thing happened to me, unauthorized $9.10 charge on my debit card on 5/6. Called the bank got the complete phone # 407-792-2334 is based out of Orlando Florida. No mail address. Call that # get a recording saying no one available. On 5/10 10:35am CST I actually got a man who answered, said some gibberish. I asked to speak to a supervisor, he put me on hold never came back. I called back several times the line is now busy. Even 10 hours later. I reported that company to the Better Business Bureau, they are just now investigating and do not have any info on that company yet. I urge all of you to report your incidents so they can catch these crooks. Their number in Florida is 407-621-3300. Also make contact their web site and make a formal complaint www.bbb.org.
