I ordered 3 bottles of Nuvoryn (Nathans Naturals) on the 29th February. The product arrived very quickly. Within 3 weeks, I knew I was not having any results, so I contacted Nuvoryn on what their return policy / procedure was. To which I did not get a reply, so I shipped the product back - 2 and a half bottles, by recorded delivery on the 28th March. Numerous emails and phone calls I have made to them and you can never get past the sales people who say there is no one available to take your call and all they can do is take a message. 7 weeks later... I have still not heard anything, nor have I received my money back. Why is this company still allowed to operate? I don't understand it!
