I have never heard of this company and yet they charged my bank account for $31.96 saying I signed some sort of an agreement which I have never heard about. I called them and they said they can't refund the money any faster than 7-10 days which is BS. I never authorized anyone to take money out of my account except for my utilities and this is not a utility provider.
