I discovered they are trying to take $31.96 out of my checking account. So, I called 1-855-899-7123 to figure out who this is. They are only a company that does the processing for this Avanix Lending company. They told me I "accidentally" signed up for this financial service program. What??? Excuse me, I did not. They said they will refund my money in 7-10 days. Really? They gave me a number to the "corporate" office which is 1-855-779-1899 which I called. The guy that answered sounds like a "stoner" from Dude, where's my car... Dumb as a bag of rocks. This is totally a Scam. He would barely give me their address. They do have a website Avanix Lending.com. There is also a number for the Federal Trade Commission Fraud Hotline - 1-877-438-4338... Everyone PLEASE CALL THEM AND REPORT THIS! They need to be stopped. Someone obviously has hacked into these payday websites and stolen checking account numbers. I had to close mine to avoid any more possible charges. Also, please file a police report - this will help in any cases filed against them.
