Rip off-scam-beware

This is the worst rip-off company ever! Please read the letter I sent to them so you get an idea of what they did to me!

Ms. Davis:
There was not space on the van the arrived days late and the DRIVER told us to find another moving company to move us. We cannot cancel before the fact, and if you do not send a driver/truck on time whose fault is that, so really, are you kidding? The driver told me, on first contact in route, he had packing supplies, and people he could call to pack us up on speed dial, for me to relax, have a cup of coffee. Not only did the truck show up days late, Warren, the driver, asked us to buy our own packing supplies (while on route to our home the day of the move), and told us the gas credit card from Oasis did not work, he only had one dolly, and in fact he did not have people to pack and load us up. He parked on the street in front of our home overnight, and said they would start in the morning. He didn't dare park anywhere else as he had driven too many hours already. Another wasted day!!! He asked ME to get HIM the phone number of employment agencies so he could call them in the morning and get my house packed up and moved.in the morning he told me he did not have enough space and to call another mover. Like he didn't know that the night before when he walked through my house doing an inventory? He also said that the BUDGET and OASIS where RIPOFFS, and now by reading many, many reviews I see that to be true, and he said probably would have parked the truck somewhere after it was loaded and left it. After he left, he called me back and tried to offer me a move to a storage unit. I am pretty sure I would have never seen my household goods again. This is after he went to Fayetteville and picked up a load. Really, there is much more and other people to collaborate what was said by this driver. I really don't think a full newspaper ad is needed to display all this, do you? Again, are you kidding with not returning funds for something that never happened?

We were originally told that our house would be packed, loaded and then another home packed in Charlotte, and then on it's way. Warren stated he was going to VA, then MD and then to CA. Lie, after lie, after lie, kept coming to me about when the mover would be there, then the mover turns out to be a joke, then I am told that I will receive a refund by Tyler and now you say no, I haven't received a service, so why a charge? All I have is bills for supplies, bills for a temporary storage unit, a pulled neck and back that need treatment because I had to pack my house. A tenant that I might loose because of delays and now you sticking it to me. I received a full service nightmare, not a full service move. Again, really are you guys kidding? You need to step up to the plate and admit your mistakes, fire Oasis and watch what is said to customers. Revamp your entire company and hire real movers that provide real service.
