This person advertised a rental property in downtown Santa Barbara. When I called to ask where in downtown SB it is, I received weird music and then a hang up. I tried again later, and got the same music, but a person answered. He wouldn't give me any information unless I gave him my credit card number, including the three-digit code on the back. He promised to send an acknowledgment email, and leads to several rentals in SB - "anywhere I wanted." The telephone number is 510-379-9991.
