Loan was for $305.00, taken out on February 29. As of today 5/9, I am being told balance is $292.50, I have made payments totaling $401.60. The finance charge is $67.50, payment of $67.50 are only paying finance charge.
Isn't this illegal? I asked for a current statement and was told everything is paperless.
