On May 2 I recieved a letter with a check. Check was from Polyair Corporation at 495 Meadow lane, Caristadt, New Jersey 07072 From Lasalle Bank N.A. Chicago Illinois 60603 in the amount of $3980.00. Letter stated I was supposed to deposit this check in my account then call the claim agent, Michael Dundas @ 1-416-831-5960. I called and he asnswered and told me that the money they sent me was to help me pay the taxes on the money I won. I only had to pay 1,995.00 out of the check and keep the rest, then call him back so he can give me the address to mail the $1,995.00 for the tax payment, then he would give my winnings. I think for this illegal intent to commit a felony along with harrassment I shouls be awarded at least the amount of the check of $3,980.00.
