I bought a necklace from ebay from a large jewlery seller and he never shipped item. Took my money and ran with it. Then i contacted him-he ignored me. I contacted ebay then he said to wait a little while longer because he knew once 45 days have expired ebay will not take your complaint. And he knew he could get away with it.
Do not buy from big jewlery-that is his company name. He is located in china.
