I received a $9.99 charge on my t-mobile bill. The Content Provider was listed as ClickGen, short code38277. After researching on the web I found this site. I contacted t-mobile via online chat and explained the charge and the research I had done on the web. They quickly added a block for third party billing and promised to credit my account the $9.99.
