FromYouFlower delivered DEAD plant to my 72yrs old Mother for Mothers Day - fromyouflowers

So not only did my 72year old mother NOT receive her Mothers Day flower gift... But NOW FromYouFlower informs me that they can't help me within my price range ($60). FromYouFlowers delivered a dead plant to my mom (see picture!)

And they can't deliver something nice to her now!
Per my phone call are email to 'FromYouFlowers' they state that they are reimbursing me the money instead! TWO days after Mothers Day they are NOW doing this!!!
This is terrible!!! I should have received my money back AND a beautiful arrangement for my mom!!!
