Humiliating experience!

I eat at the Reston VA potbelly at least once a week with my wife, but just the other day we ordered our usual vegi sandwich and found that the cheese was missing from the sandwich so I tooke it back and asked them to make me one that has cheese in it because this one dosent have any. They all looked confused and the Manager named Santos came and rudely asked me in a tone like I'm a retard: do you not want any cheese sir? And I replied I due but this dosent have any, so he raised his voice and said its right there you just can't tell because it's melted. So I explained to him that it may have some spec in it but nowhere near as much as it usually has in it. He made me a new one but it was a very humiliating experience and unprofessional!!! I will find other places to write more reviews about potbelly Reston location.
