Travelcomm
Ripoff Bait and Switch Unable to provide Promised All Inclusive Vacation

Miscellaneous

I paid $299 per person for a total of $683.00 for 2 person all-inclusive 6 day 5 night trip to Cancun. I clearly stated the dates of my trip and was told upon receiving my package the following: 1) the Bureau of Tourism restricted travel due to hurricanes - een though this trip is 4 weeks away 2) Another $299 would be needed for "Holiday" travel at this special time of the year 3) They tried to put us in a 2 1/2 star hotel instead of the 4 to 5 star hotel they promised!

This is definitely a Bait and Switch operation who seems incapable of following through on what they promise. Their "invitation" came via the fax machine at our place of employment. Beware of travelcomm or all-inclusive cancun.com
