Ripoff Deadbeat Customer, Fails to pay for services rendered!

Jennifer & Jame Breer, contacted us to come and unlock their car, a 1995 Pontiac Grand Prix, at Love's Truck Stop in Dandridge, TN. Entering into a legal contract of which the subject is responsible for paying A-Action Lock & Safe, Co. For the Trip Charge of our vehicle. We sent a service truck to this location only to find that they had someone else to unlock the car, some old man that works around the truck stop and we were there within the 15 minutes that was quoted. They had not contacted our office to cancel our truck, therefore they still owe us for a "Trip Charge". We had contacted their cell phone, reaching Jennifer Breer, she stated that they had gotten some old man at the truck stop to unlock it.

They were contacted by registered mail and notified that they owe us for the Trip Charge. They failed to respond and was turned over for collection and this has been placed against their credit.

We are currently working on filing charges against them for "Theft of Service's" in the State of Tennessee.
