I have never been been treated so bad with any other company in my life and im 51 years old. The sales man lyed to me about the offer i was suppose to get, the installer had me sign the paper work before it was installed, asnd asured me that HE WOULD NOT LEAVE TILL EVERTHING WAS INSTALLED AND EXPLAINED ABOUT THE OPERATION OF THE SYSTOMS, but during the instulation when he started to explain how everything works, he told me he didnt know how to connect my internet, i then made him mark out where he had me anitial, then he proced to explain what my pckage was. I told him this is not what i order, so he called someone at the company and told me to get what i order in this first place would cost me more money, i told him this is not what i order i did not want this, he said he had nothing to do with that, he had activate the service and it was not his problem. I want the paper work back, and I tried to get dish network on the phone and while i was on hold he got in his truck and left. I called dish netweork a total of 16 times in 3 hours till i finally got this email address, calls 1 thru 15 where where people kept transfering to someone else who would transfer me to a different person, and then i got dissconected ii times. Phone calles 12 thru 15 times. NO ONE WOULD GIVE ME A CORPATE OR CEO PHONE NUMBER TO COMPLAIN FINALLEY THE 16 TIME I GOT THIS EMAIL ADDRESS, I DONT EVEN KNOW IF SOME WHO CARES ABOUT THIS COPANY OR ITS CUSTOMERS IS GOING TO READ THIS!!! All i know is this company lyed to me and does not care, all they do is try to blame the other person, or they dont know what the heck they are doing.
