Rude employee behind counter

If a customer orders something and you respond with a question, speak up so that the customer can hear you. When I asked " exuse me" when Jorge behind the cash register said something, he replied in a loud and sarcastic tone, as if I were slow, " WILL, THERE, BE, ANY, THING, ELSE"!? UNACCEPTABLE, RUDE behavior.
