Nails by Hilary Fry

I purchased a groupon for Nails by Hilary Fry. It took over 3 months to get an apt, the phone was never answered when I tried to make an apt. When I did finally get in, she huffed and puffed because I had a different salons manicure on and told me it wasn't real shellac. She said I needed to understand her point of view on this. I told her I could take my business elsewhere, which I did when she did not even attempt to have me stay. Where is the customer service? Extremely rude, will never go back or recommend her to anyone.
