Speedway store 5405 making offensive comments - Marathon gas

I have always been a loyal patron of speedway 5405 at engals corner in middletown ohio, and there was an employee named terry calling another employee "canteen boy". I didnt understand at first, thought it was an inside joke. Terry went on to explain, to a customer, that it was based off of the movie "the waterboy"!!! Because that employee was "retarded". I have a son that is MRDD and this seriously offended me. What really shocked me was that the store manager was laughing along with them. I felt extremely bad for the employee that was being mocked, and as a person, i was mortified that this behavior was not only permitted, but condoned. I will NEVER go to speedway again if that is the kind of behavior they find acceptable of their employees.
