TElemarketer called my adult daughter and conned her into giving them my credit card number and they charged my card today. I filed a fraud complaint with my credit card company and we'll see what happens. Daughter called them back the next day and they said, essentially, tough we won't reverse our charges. She is not an authorized signer on the account but she said she was on the phone. This was done without the cardholder's (me) knowledge which I think is not legal - not sure.
