I ordered a childs Barcelona from this company based in Bangkok. The kit took several weeks to be delivered and when it was it was of very poor quality and badly sized. I foolishly returned the kit which the company acknowledged they received but have refused to refund the money. The mock any attempt to get my money back advising me they are not bothered who I contact because no body will take any notice. I have tried emailing the Thai embassy with no response and also the Thai chambers of commerce with no response. Please could you advise me who I might contact to get some actual interest to obtain my money back?
