Charged $14.95 to my Visa which I haven't used in over two months. Call the number listed on the billing and it is a voicemail telling you to leave a message or fax. Bank refuses to help, but is more than willing to take my $25 for a Stop Payment order. Says I'm out of luck for anything else.
