I received a notice in the mail that i was the winner of $2,536, 092.23, and all I had to do was send back the Express Notice Tracking Form along with $20.00;however, before I mailed my money and Tracking Form, I went on the Internet and looked up the company, that's when I saw all the reports about this fake company. Some thing needs to be done to stop this from happening to other people who may not have a computer.
