Today is the 3rd time i have received an email stating that i have won a 1000.00 gift card. The web address is from www.cardconfirm.com this is costing charges on my cell phone. My phone is used mainly for doctors, as i am a disabled woman. I feel that the money should be paid for each time this has happened. It gets your hopes up and then you find out it is a scam.
