I was trying to find a pair of cowboyboots on sale so I googled it. "TheFind" came up with it's list of websites that carried what I was looking for. There was a link to watchesmalls.com where the boots that I wanted were significantly cheaper than other websites. I followed the watchesmalls.com link but after entering the website the address changed to shoesmaoodd.com. I ordered my boots and immediately recieved my order conformation email with a link to the website. I was checking the status of my order everyday but it always said "transaction pending" even after my PayPal funds went through. I never recieved any sort of shipping information. Then today I went to check again and the website is gone!!! I don't know if they just blocked my IP address but now it just says "Account Suspended". I have tried getting to the website thru several different links with no luck. I also tried sending an email to the customer service address listed on the order conformation email that they send back on the day that I placed the order but have not recieved any answer. I googled the location address for this "so called company" and it comes up as an appartment complex in Chicago. I DONT think they run this business out of an appartment complex and this sent up a HUGE red flag!!! I placed a claim with Paypal and was able to find out that it is an OVER SEA company not a company out of Chicago - even tho they list a Chicago address for their location... WHAT A SCAM!!! I'm hoping to recover my money thru PayPal
