We were conned by a company called Biouk over the internet into receiving a free trial, but then £79.00 can out of our bank account. We informed the bank and they told us to check the small print. Sure enough, if you didn't cancel within 14 days you would be chraged. That same day we cancelled the product and received an email to confirm that.
Today we received some vitamins from the company above that we've never subscribed to, but they used to be called Biouk... Surprise, surprise.
They have taken out of our account £69.95 every month since February, despite us informing the bank and cancelling the subscription.
They are a deceitful company who need stopping before anybody else loses money this way.
