This company was offering a trial of their eye cream and all you had to do was pay the shipping and handling of $5.95 which was done. Then to my surprise there was a charge to my account in the amount of $89.90,30 days later. I have disputed the matter with my bank however since I paid the shipping and handling to this company at the beginning of April they will not return the money to my account. I called Speedwinds Customer Service and explained my frustration, told them I have their product unused and need the address to return the merchandise to them and I expect a full refund. This company did not disclose they would be charging my acct in 30 days if we did not contact them regarding our dissatisfaction. I am extremely irriatated at the false adverstisement that has taken place, I am a single parent that works extremely hard and do not appreciate companies such as these taking funds out of my account unauthorized.
