I had a little house in anoka i bought in 2001 for 139,000 during the subprime lending. I was hurt at work in 2007i had worked for the osseo school dist. For 10 yrs. I was permenetly disabled they denied my workmans comp they denied my long term disability. Wells fargo kept dragging me along i must have wrote 500 hardship letters they said i did not qaulify for they affordable income loan. My daghter was living with me she has a chronic illness wagners disease and a 6yr old daghter i had to fight for two yrs they would give me my workmans comp. For the two yrs but only if i resighned i cried i had just gotten my first class boilers license i worked for 6 days a week there the school dist they couldnt find a job for me. I finally got my long term disability but i was making 30 dollars an hour before wells fargo wanted to triple my payment so i could catch up i said that is setting me up for failure i cant do that. I told them what about the home affodable program i can make my payments and you get your money it a win win situation right the told me that the investor wasnt apart of that program. I asked them who is my investor they said thay could not tell me. So i told them we cant move out i am in a wheel chair and my daghter lost her hearing and her eyesight and is taking cancwe treatments at hcmc she cant breath we had doctors wright letters for us the sheriff came to my door and gave us 24 hrs to be out we lost everything even my animals. And we are still homeless there is no low income housing and my credit is shot. I just contacted wells fargo because of the recovery act why didnt they relocate us or help us with somthing. They have all these documents. Oral agreements compliance agreements loan modification agreements they typed my name on and are not sighned by them. For the leders they have about 10 diferent investors some say hud i had an fha loan isnt hud supposed to help people i am so sick of this all these peple can do and say and take what ever they want and there is not a darn thing i can do about it i am so frustrated and confused i need help but i have no money i could use a social worker but an anoka county social worker is one of the people who lied to me its my way or i will make you and forged my name on federal documents
