I was informed it was AUTHENTIC - so I Purchased a Chanel black caviar leather grand shopper tote GST bag - once it arrived right away I new it was fake, it is also defective... With a horrible smell. I have been trying for over 40 days to receive my full refund. My attorney will be contacting them shortly, I want everyone one to know not to BUY OR TRUST GRANDELUX.com - FALSE ADVERTISING, TAKING MY MONEY AND SAID I WILL RECEIVE A REFUND WITHIN 30 DAYS!!! Still waiting
