A one time authorized transaction was turned into a reoccurring transaction which caused an avalanche of over draft fees. Multiple attempts were made to correct the issue. Help from the company was less then helpful. We called several times to have this issue resolved and given the runaround. Once we had enough we attempted to escalate through standard support channels and was told we could not escalate. This is a horrible horrible company. Save your money for something useful.
