I agreed to pay $2.95 for one vehicle history report. I realized 2.5 months later that my credit card was being charged $29.99 monthly, starting three days after the original single report was purchased. When I called, customer service was very rude and said that I should have read the terms and conditions closer. I DID read the terms and conditions, but no where did I see where I was agreeing to subscribe to a monthly service that I would never use after the original single purchase.
