This company offered me a free trial for which I accepted, I was suppose to get back to them in 10 days if I did not want the product. I have tried calling them numerous times and am always put on hold for 30 minutes or more, I have a cell phone with only so many minutes on it and this is costing me a fortune. I tried e-mailing them and their address they gave me is not valid. Now they want me to pay them 97.88 dollars for something I do not want or according to their letter send me to collections. I do not want this nor will I pay for it. They should handle their phones as well as their ads more efficiently.
