I asked for a free sample of cream and you only pay postage this is how they get your credit cards details. Thereafter my bank account has deducted a monthly charge of £90.17 for seven months. I have attempted to contact this company and they claim to have cancelled my account and said they would refund three months payments which they have done however I am still outstanding £360.68.

This is a complete scam as you are not aware of going into an automatic debit system. Can you please help.
