I looked at my bank account online and seen that this company took $31.96 out of my account and I had never heard of them. I went straight to my bank and filed a report and they are going to credit my money. I assumed right away it was a scam and searched their name online and found scambook and all these complaints on the same issue. I didnt bother to call them after reading all these posts cuz it would get me nowhere and they wont refund the money anyway. So I am closing my account and opening a new one. If I did that to someone I would be in jail... That's not fair at all that they can just go in people's accounts and take money like that. Not fair!!!
