Theft of refund

Vendor claims they sent a credit refund to my closed bank acct. The bank states they never received it & told them that. Vendor has repeatedly refused to offer any proof that the bank actually RECEIVED the credit, only that they had sent it. Vendor is very hostile to inquiries from other consumer agencies seeking a resolution, even refusing mediation. Other financial newsletter subscribers need to know about their fraudulent business practices.
