Terrible customer service, hard to get refund

Our purchase was published improperly after months of sluggish e-mail answers to possess them repair my style. Once it ultimately came, them was published improperly by (1) being completely the incorrect shade, and (2) The publishing was sprained, not arranged like my art was. After I asked this, they attempted to inform me the shade was my problem. I'd actually delivered them the CYMK color rules they required, the evidence I received was within the proper shade, however they published it wrong. They swore down and up that it had been my problem. Their customer support is horrible, and Dale is very brief and rude in his relationships. After I told him that it had been published out-of aligmnent and purchase, never such as the art I supplied, I acquired a snarky comment that I ought to "discover somebody who is confident with a leader" Exactly What A idiot. Do yourself a benefit. DONT purchase from their website. They're expensive, and also have no customer support capabilities. STEER CLEAR!
