Ordered a Canon Ixus 310 HS from them. Item was shown as in stock. Under my account it shows still pending. Have emailed 6 times with replies from them that give a case number and we confirm we recieved your order and doing best to dispatch your order. The Australian phone number has been disconnected. The online chat states they cant check on orders, dispatch or shipping, only sales and stock availability. They claim to be a Skype partner. Have written to Skype to complain about the lack of professionalism and nil response. Warning to all others do not buy from them.
